Vegetable Scramble

1 zucchini

1 yellow squash

1 cup kale

1 tbsp olive oil

1 clove garlic


Slice it all up, add it in a pan over heat and oil.


Add spices


Boom.


Dress up with protein (brats, salmon, chicken)
