My Mission: To build a coach-client relationship that facilitates adequate nutrition in order to achieve your goals.
To build a nutrition prescription unique to YOU that is created by assessing individual needs and lifestyle.
About me: I'm an enthusiastic and passionate person. Growing up, I took a love to pretty much all sports but settled in with volleyball. I've always challenged myself with running 5ks and half-marathons and just continue to try new things. Over the past five years I've gotten comfortable being super uncomfortable in the sport of CrossFit. Training body and mind are necessary evils in today's world so I continue to pursue my goal of being an elite competitor.
As a compliment to my fitness journey, I started to pursue a better lifestyle nutritionally not at all knowing it would change so many other aspects of my life. As I began to learn more about fueling my own body. I learned the science AND application across different lifestyles, dietary needs, fitness regimens, and goals. I am certified through the Nutritional Coaching Institute to nutrition coach. It's been incredibly eye-opening to get in touch with our relationship with food, our influence, and our overall pursuit of longevity.
I am a current graduate student at Liberty University pursuing my MS in Exercise Science and Nutrition. Other courses I've taken along my journey include Pre/Post Natal Course with Girls Gone Strong, Spot the Flaw and Anatomy through CrossFit Training. I'm always ready to learn more and continuing striving to serve you in the best way I can!

Services
Services are briefly outlined below.
My approach to coaching is to understand where you're at and what goals you have. This leads to figuring out where we need to start to accomplish your goals. You'll see two options: the email option allows us to connect through email for your check-ins.
The all-access option allows you to be able to have access to me between check-ins via phone/messenger and our check-ins will be done via video chat or phone call!
By applying below, you'll fill out a short application that will follow with conversation with me via phone/email before we move into the registration process.

Macro Intro Course
A 3 week foundational course designed to inform and instill healthier habits.
Individual assessment, prescription, and email check-ins through email every 7-10 days.

With Brooke’s help, I have lost weight, gained muscle and strength, improved my cholesterol numbers, felt healthier overall, and learned a whole lot about my individual nutrition needs! Before this, I always thought “why would I need someone to help me count calories?” But Brooke has provided so much information that I didn't even know I needed. The ongoing analysis of what’s working (and not) along with the adjustment recommendations are something I would never have accomplished on my own.
