Pumpkin Dip

To make a 1 serving amount:

1 tbsp almond butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

20-30g plain nonfat Greek yogurt

1/4 cup pumpkin puree

top with cinnamon or nutmeg!


Mix together in a small bowl and enjoy with a side of fruit!!! 100-150 grams of apple or dipping fruit will be a good serving to finish this up!

MACROS: 214 calories, 11C, 16F, 8P as listed above


* To make this have a sweeter taste, I would add maple syrup or honey/ use vanilla flavored Greek yogurt! You could also incorporate your favorite vanilla whey protein to add a nice flavor!*>> macros will be different!!!


To make a serving for a party/get together:

2 cups Greek yogurt

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

2 tbsp almond butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tbsp honey/maple syrup

top with cinnamon and nutmeg


Serve with various fruit or vanilla wafers!
