Apple Pork

Delicious Apple Pork!! Boy. This was a keeper for sure


2-4 pork chop filets

3 tablespoons butter/oil

8 oz of apple butter OR 8 oz apple sauce

2 apples, sliced

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon of chili powder

1/3 cup of coconut milk


Slice apples and set aside.

Add salt, pepper, and chili powder to the pork chops evenly.

Heat pan with half of butter or oil, until melted, then add the apples and wait for them to become soft. Then add the rest of the butter or oil and add pork chops. Cook about 2-4 minutes each side, depending on the thickness of filet. Once both sides are brown, cover with apple sauce butter and brown sugar and let sit for 5 minutes.
