The Most Versatile Crockpot Pork Ever

Seriously though... I saw this on a Hawaiian bun sandwich recipe and this pork has definitely stuck around. Even for nachos...it's just so tasty and delicious, it can be put on sandwiches, sliders, made for nachos, tacos, or just a shredded pork staple at dinner time.

In the crockpot bowl, whisk together
2/3 cup of liquid aminos
2/3 cup ketchup
3 tbsp sriracha
2 tsp minced garlic
1-2 tsp ground ginger
12 oz pineapple juice
Then add 1lb-1.5lb pork shoulder
1/2 cup pineapple slices
Cook on low for 6-8 hours
Add to a sheet pan to shred and serve however you want!
