From The Autoimmune Solution by Dr Amy Myers
1 mango
1 avocado
1/2 red onion
3 tbsp fresh cilantro
1 lemon
1 tbsp olive/avocado oil
Salt and pepper to taste!
Chop mango, avocado, and red onion.
Put in bowl.
Mix in everything else.
BAM.
We served ours with salmon and rice. Easy peasy dinner right there!!!!
