Swiss Oats

½ cup dry old fashioned rolled oats

¾ cup unsweetened almond milk

¾ cup reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt

½ tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp pure vanilla extract

½ cup strawberries

½ of a banana (sliced)


Top with sliced almonds


Mix it all up! Let it sit over night for a quick and easy breakfast.

Feel free to split it up for meal prepping your breakfast!


Wonderful protein and carb full morning breakfast!!
