Sheet Pan Zucchini and Shrimp

1lb medium shrimp (peeled, no tail)
4 medium zucchini, cut into half inch slices
4 cloves garlic
½ dried basil
½ parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley
Salt/pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Line large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil
Combine garlic, garlic, basil, salt, pepper in small bowl and whisk to blend. Place zucchini on pan, drizzle half of mixture. Then bake for 10 minutes.
Add shrimp to pan and toss well, add remaining oil mixture, sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 8 minutes or until shrimp is firm and opaque.
Drizzle with lemon juice and parsley and serve!!!
