Pecan Crusted Chicken

This is a more involved recipe, but oh so good if you want to broaden your horizons and try something new! It makes the chicken so tender and flavorful so I highly recommend this!


I paired with some butternut squash for a very "fall feel."

1/5-2 lbs chicken breast

2 cups raw pecans

1 cup panko

1 tsp powder

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp salt

1 cup flour

3 eggs


Preheat oven to 425


In a food processor, grind pecans. Make a mixture by adding panko and spices to a bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk the three eggs.

In another bowl, add the flour.


From here, the dip order goes: egg, flour, egg, pecan/panko


But on a sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes

OR

Airfry those bad boys at 400 for 11-13 minutes


ENJOY


Make sure you have a great dipping sauce! BBQ Sauce, honey mustard, ranch...
