Parmesan Tilapia

Tilapia frozen or fresh (thawed out)
Parmesan cheese (Freshly grated or Kraft)
Onion Powder
Dried Parsley
Any other seasonings you'd like!! (my choices are pictured below)
On a plate spread 1tbsp parmesan cheese
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp onion powder
Mix slightly
Spray or oil fillets on both sides then press fillet to seasoning plate both sides
Repeat mixture for each fillet!!
Put fillets in pan that has about 1 tbsp oil and/or spray on it (so fish doesn't stick ad fall apart) You should be able to fit 2-3 fillets on one pan at a time. Cook for about two minutes each side, or flip until you have that nice golden brown fry that you want!
