Overnight Oats

60g oatmeal of choice
2 scoops of Vital Protein Collagen Peptides
Cinnamon
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
10g almond butter
10g maple butter
40g blueberries
I add the ingredients in order listed above into a mason jar/plastic bowl.
I typically just use water in my oats, but feel free to add almond milk, whole milk, coconut milk, or low fat milk to yours! I fill it with liquid last. Then put in the refrigerator overnight.
Oatmeal, whether it's overnight oats or not, is a GREAT opportunity to incorporate seeds and nuts that provide omega 3 fats and fiber!
This is also a "choose your own adventure" recipe! Be creative!! My son always gets raisins in his oatmeal! Choose good whole ingredients to incorporate into yours.
