Crock Pot Carnitas

2lb pork shoulder

1 onion

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp oregano

lime juice

2 tbsp maple syrup

salt/pepper


Add pork, add everything else. Cook in crockpot on high for 4-6 hours. Shred at about 4-5 hours.


Boom. Taco Tuesday. Enjoy!
