Chicken Stir Fry

Rice of your choosing

Stir fry veggies

10z chicken

1 tbsp sesame oil

soy sauce/liquid aminos

Sesame seeds

General Tsos sauce (I found this at Walmart, so good!!!)


Cook 1 cup rice in rice cooker with stir fry veggies in the steamer section (this is time/space effective)...cook rice and frozen veggies separately if not applicable!


Spray pan and add a little bit of sesame oil and soy sauce, brown chicken until cooked all the way through.


When everything is finished, split up the chicken into two 5 oz servings.


Fix the plate with rice first, the veggies, then chicken, then Asian sauce!!
