Okay, this is a bit of "choose your own adventure" kind of recipe.
In my specific instance, I made 5 at one time. I have also made 30 at a time (because these are fantastic to freeze and heat up for on-the-go people!!)
When I made 5 burritos...
5 tortillas, burrito sized
5 whole eggs
5 servings of egg whites
5 slices of bacon
1 cup of black beans
70 grams roma tomatoes
1 1/4 cup of shreed cheddar jack cheese
Chopped green onions
Add a little bit of oil to a skillet, throw in the tomatoes and black beans. In a separate pan, start frying the bacon slices!
Whisk the eggs and egg whites together. Add spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder...etc...) in a bowl.
Once the tomatoes and black beans are soft, add the egg mix to the pan and scramble!
Once the bacon is done to your liking, place on paper towel and get rid of the excess grease, then chop up as bit/little as you want to add to mixture. OR, just keep it the whole slice and throw one into each burrito. #Youdoyoubooboo
The final thing to do is compile the burritos. Heat or brown the tortillas beforehand if you'd like. Then place 1 serving (1/4 cup) of cheese on the tortilla and add the egg mixture. You'll be splitting the egg mixture up between all tortillas, so be mindful of portion -- Below is a guide to log this as a recipe and dividing it evenly if you count macros!!--
Don't forget to add the green onions.
Roll up in foil and freeze!
OKAY HOLD UP. HOW THE HELL TO I LOG THIS IN MYFITNESSPAL. HALP.

Take a look at this MFP screenshot. When creating your burritos (no matter how many or what ingredients you choose, create a RECIPE and enter all ingredients manually.
Input ALL ingredients in BULK to the recipe. You'll decide how many servings are being made, so it divides the macros for you.
NOW---Here's the important part. In order to have as much accuracy as possible. The egg scramble MUST BE MEASURED BEFORE YOU DIVIDE IT UP IN THE BURRITOS.
When the egg scramble is finished. Measure it in a big bowl ALL TOGETHER. Then divide that number by how ever many servings you have.
If my egg scramble is 500g and I am making 5 burritos, I will measure out 100g per burrito. #Oldmath
Then you're good to go!
The cool thing about this is that it does not take a lot of time...30 minutes tops to get all those burritos rolled and ready for the freezer. Perfect balance of proteins, carbs, and fats for a post post workout meal or kick starting your day with breakfast.
ENJOY!!
