Bison Meatloaf

1 pound ground bison (or whatever meat you really want!!)
2 eggs
1/2 cup no sugar added ketchup
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup ground oats *
Mix.
Fill pan/dish...or fill a muffin pan for mini meatloaves!!!! >>freezer friendly for prep!!!
Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
Other fun options other than using bread crumbs or stuffing mix: ground oats, ground flax seeds, wheat germ. Follow a 1/2 cup measurement for each.
